Dr. Patrick Welsh

Patrick Welsh is a fully licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, Sports Specialist, contemporary medical acupuncture practitioner, and certified exercise physiologist practicing in the Greater Toronto Area.
Patrick graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), graduating Summa Cum Laude with Clinic Honours. Patrick continued his studies through the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (RCCSS), where he was trained as a specialist in managing sports injuries and improving sport performance. He is an educational and corporate speaker, and has consulted for many large corporations including The Globe and Mail, Bell Canada, Canada Post Corporation, General Mills Canada, Intuit, and Ryerson University.
Being involved in a variety of sports while growing up inspired Patrick to use his chiropractic skills with many types of athletes, from the weekend warrior to the seasoned professional. Patrick spent 5 years working on-field in semi-professional soccer and Junior A hockey. He has over 10 years experience providing off-season training and rehabilitation for NHL and Junior hockey players. He teaches a continuing education seminar for healthcare practitioners and has also been on faculty at CMCC, working in the departments of anatomy, diagnosis, and clinical education.
